TNA and Assessment

Build a good cooperation with HEKS local partners (AK, SACRED, SOFDEC), ACT organized TNA and assessment meeting with NGO staff, community based organization, village associations and their members, the local authority representatives from provincial department of labor and vocational training, women affair, district governor office, commune councilors and village chiefs from August 6/11-13, 2014 with 118 participants at Prey Veng, K.Chhnang, and Pursat. Visiting to understanding the partners

ACT staffs visited the partner NGOs for understanding the nature of work of each organization and define the process that ACT is going to work with. The visit was done on 24th July with SACRED organization base in Prey Veng, 28th July with AK organization at Pursat, and with SOFDEC organization at Kampong Chhnang province next day later. At the visit we asked some relate information to identify the potential participants and possibility of the stakeholders from partner organizations who work closely with the local beneficiaries. Follow up training workshop

The training was organized to follow up on the three modular training. The third modules have already been conducted and the follow up training intended to review and keep track of the activities and create strategic plans. The training was organized, prepared and conducted by MACT Team of ACT. There were 23 participants among which 6 were women. The participants work in different field as commune chief, commune council, community leaders, religious and ethnic leaders, police, NGO workers etc.  This was one day training on 18 June 2012. Emergency Meeting with the Community Peace Network

MACT invited participants from 6 Supporting Network from 2010 and 2011. There were total 18 participants among which 3 were women. There were five more participants from differences NGO who were interviewed separately. These participants have been working continuously and actively with MACT in order to maintain peace in their community.
