Srey Sotheavy, presently is executive director at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). She started to step in peacebuilding work since 2009 as interfaith project manager, peace research, and deputy director at the Alliance for Conflict Transformation (ACT). Beside core work, she also involved in volunteer work with the Working Group for Peace (WGP) and other relate social activities work. Sotheavy graduated from Master of business and administration in general management from Build Bright University in 2010 and completed short courses on peacebuilding and leadership training from Philippine and Thailand. Sotheavy enjoys working with peacebuilding and hope a true spiritual conversion will respect the dignity, value of person, ethnic, and religious traditions. Peacebuilding is a long road that we must patience and walk together in humble and forgive to transform our communities and society. All communities in Cambodia need to join hands to make our region one in which our shared values of peace, compassion, love, justpeace, and harmony truly come to shape and characterize our society.

My name Sem Chanthea from Svay Reang province, I am started my work at ACT on 24 July 2012 as IIPC Project Assistant that work in 5 provinces in Kampot, Kampong cham, Bantteymeanchey, Battambang, and Siem Reap province. This is a great opportunity for me for working with different faith and passed from one province to another province. In Early of 2015, I was promoted to be the Project manager. Doing research is another improvement of my knowledge out of my degree in university that I can work to implement directly and to reinforce capacity building of myself to follow Peace Research and Interfaith Initiative for peace in Cambodia.

I used to work as organizer, facilitator, and trainer on Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and Gender Identity Expression ( SOGIE ) from grassroot level to all level with LGBT, disability, PLHIV, women, entertainment worker, etc. I love social work and peace building. Miss Out Chhorvira, a Project coordinator of Media for Peace Project (M4P), she graduated from Royal university of Law and Economic in 2015 in major Development Economics and earned the master degree from Thailand of Rural Development Management in 2018. She encountered so far to earn experiences with both NGO and Private company. Before she came to handle this position, she volunteered with VSO in ICS program for three months and worked at Damco Logistics company for a year. She commits to work in this area because she perceives that this is the only way that she can embrace and develop her society to be better.
